Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days from receipt of item. If there is a problem with the merchandise due to a defect, I will repair it free of charge, unless it is due to wear and tear of the item (see below for instructions for repairs). If you are not satisfied with the item, it can be returned, and you can choose an item of equal value, or I will refund your purchase price and tax. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds and returns are not available for:

  • custom or commission pieces
  • items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • Sale Items.

Prior to returning the item, please send us an email at with a description of your item, the problem if damaged and if you want an exchange of refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
